In a video that was accidentally posted by Call of Duty YouTuber Chaos, we got our first look at Warzone gameplay. Sure, the video has since been deleted, but it will likely be released again later today, as Activision would lift the embargo for YouTubers later today. The deleted video since revealed a ton of details on Modern Warfare’s Battle Royale expansion, and one of those details – the map and its locations.
Infinity Ward is expected to officially reveal Call of Duty: Warzone later today, as the mode is expected to launch on Tuesday, March 10. There are reports that the app will be free to play like Apex Legends and Fortnite, unlike these two games, it may require an active PlayStation Plus subscription. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s Battle Royale expansion would be able to accommodate up to 150 players per game, and it will allow players to jump solo, with a friend, or in a team. Previous reports have suggested that the mode would be reserved for squads, but it appears that this will not be the case.
